Where are your items shipped from?
- Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Brooklyn, NY
Can I order something online and pick it up in-store?
- Yes
Can I edit my order once I placed it?
- Once an order has been placed there are no changes that can be made.
- In order to make any changes, first we need to cancel your order So you can place a new order.
Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?
- Unfortunately, for security purposes, we aren’t able to change the address after an order has been placed.
How can I cancel my order?
- Please email bluecitynyc@gmail.com with your order number and email associated with your order. *Orders placed with items listed as Final Sale “All Sales Final” cannot be cancelled or changed.

How do I return an item?
- All regular priced product may be returned for a refund in its original new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor within 10 days after the delivery of the product. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

How long does it take to ship?
- If the Item is in Stock (which usually is), we will ship your order same day.
- Occasionally Orders may take 4-5 business days to process if the item is on back order.
- Depends where you are located, allow 2-7 business days to receive your order.
