Where are your items shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our brick and mortar store located at 391 knickerbocker Ave Brooklyn, NY 11237.

Can I order something online and pick it up in-store?

Can I edit my order once I have placed it?

Once an order has been placed we can only edit your order with the correct size or color.
We cannot edit your name or address on the order.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, for security purposes, we Cannot change the address after an order has been placed.
If you entered the wrong address we will be forced to cancel your order and a new order will need to be placed with the correct information.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped.
Please email bluecitynyc@gmail.com with your order number and email associated with your order. *Orders placed with items listed as Final Sale “All Sales Final” cannot be cancelled or changed.

Are all goods Original?

How do I return an item?

All regular priced products may be returned for a refund in its original new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor within 10 days after the delivery of the product. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Once we receive your order and upon inspection we will return and refund according to our refund policy.
A 10-15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

How do I find out about upcoming releases?

How long does it take to ship?

If the Item is in Stock, we will ship your order same day.
Occasionally Orders may take 4-5 business days to process if the item is on back order.
Depending where you are located, allow 2-7 business days to receive your order.
