Refunds/Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with purchase.
We accept items for exchange or refund within 10 calendar days after delivery of the product.
Items exchanged or returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is approved, refund will be given only for the actual price of the item. we do not refund the cost of shipping charges if (any).
Clearance, Sales, Final Sales and underwear are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.
Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on items over $100.
Blue City Boutique will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.
Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the exchange or refund has been completed. Typical exchange or refund process, is completed within 10 Business days after receipt of items.
