Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and we no longer have any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.

Goods will be delivered to the address you provided us at the time you place your order.

Once The order is delivered Blue City NYC is not responsible for misplaced, loss, or stolen packages.

If your  package is misplaced, loss, or stolen please contact the shipping carrier which been used to ship your order.(UPS,FEDEX, USPS)

Delivery days are Monday to Friday only and are estimates not guaranteed.

We will always try to ship your order within our estimated shipping times typically we ship same day however, allow 1-3 days for shipping especially if you place your order Friday after 6PM.

If you live in an apartment building your order will require a signature as proof of receipt.

All orders value over $200 are required a signature as a proof of receipt.

In The event you miss the UPS attempt to deliver you order UPS will then deliver it to your local UPS store or local UPS access points,

in the event your package was delivered to your local UPS store or local UPS access points please call UPS to redeliver or simply pick it up from the access point assign to your package.

Please note that a state identification is required to receive the package form your local UPS store or local UPS access points

Actual shipping times are sometimes outside of our control. 

Accordingly, unless you and we specifically agree otherwise, the shipping or delivery deadline for the goods is not essential.

All International orders are the Customers responsibility to verify and/or pay for duty if any.

Blue City NYC do not cover in any way shape or form the duty if any on any international orders.   

Please note that Blue City NYC is not responsible for packages loss, Stolen after delivery.
